患者因鼻塞來求診，經診斷有嚴重鼻中膈彎曲及鼻扭曲。施行開放性鼻整形術，術後外觀明顯改善，五官變得和諧，整個人都變帥了。可見鼻子在五官中扮演的重要角色。

A case presented with severe nasal obstruction for long time. He had severe nasal septum deviation and a crooked nose. We performed septoplasty (surgery to correct the septum) with open rhinoplasty (nose job) approach. We achieved a harmonic, balanced and satisfactory outcome. This was almost an immediate outcome 1 week post operation.

鼻扭曲導致側鼻高度不足，有一個小小的駝峰，我們手術重建鼻道的高度，使鼻頭回覆到正確的位置，我們並未刻意去磨駝峰，但呼吸道重建了，假駝峰自然不見了。

From lateral view, an insufficient projection of the nasal tip was noticed along with a pseudo-hump. We didn't do any humpectomy, however, after we reconstructed the nasal airway with spreader graft and set back the nasal tip to a proper position, the hump just diminished.

這是術後一周的立即結果，縱使病患有接受截骨術(Osteotomy)，但是並沒有嚴重的瘀青，從底部看鼻扭曲及鼻孔的不對襯獲得良好的改善。

This is almost an immediate result (1 week post operation). We have very good experience in doing the osteotomy and open rhinoplasty. There was limited swollen and bruises after surgery.
